After installing the cooler it became apparent that part of the wiring harness was missing. I notified Amazon and their response exceeded my expectations. Rather than require me to remove the unit I had already installed they overnighted a compete replacement unit and issued a call tag to return the parts I didn't need. After this experience I will purchase from Amazon even if their price is a little higher. I don't mind paying extra for great service.
