They may not be as good as the Mobil1 filters, but those are much more expensive. I'm using this filter and Pennzoil Ultra on my 2005 Colorado, with 10K mi OCI and feel great about it. It was interesting to go to Purolator's website and see that this filter can hold 31 grams of contaminants. Thats 31 paperclips worth of metal! Its nice to know that the filter is made in the USA. I do find it odd that Amazon has the PureOne filters for cheaper than the Classics, but since they are only $5 a piece I bought 2 years worth.
