(More customer reviews)I will say,I wasn't convinced about this stuff but it had been mentioned to me many times in the past.My car was having major problems with knocking,and I'll say very loudly.I made an appointment to get the car repaired like any good car owner.My issue wasn't to mask the problem and keep driving,I wanted to get my car to the shop without it dying on me on the way.Enter lucas!I put this stuff in to help ease the noise and help me get to the shop.After I arrived,the car had quieted to the point of not even being annoying anymore.yes it still made noise,but nothing like it was.I got the car repaired and use lucas in a very light mix at oil change as the car is an '84 and can use the extra "help".The difference is very noticable with the lucas compared to without.Oil pressure is restored as well as the motor seems to idle smoother with this product.I wouldn't suggest using this as a cure all for major problems,only a wrench and parts can fix that,but it does seem to have benefitted my old '84 Buick as far as performance and smoothness.I've seen the website about foaming and all I will say is this stuff doesnt foam like bob the oil guru says.It's good stuff and can help you get to the shop if needed and restore a little pep to older engines.
