(More customer reviews)Used this for some squeaky hinges that had gotten pretty loud and within less than a minute of spraying all four hinges on the door, the squeaking was completely gone upon testing the door out. The product is liquid, so it will drip below if you're not careful, so be ready with a paper towel for any that drips off of where you intended to spray . The label recommends that you do not wipe the lubricant off of your target, though, as it is better for rust protection to just leave it on. It was a slightly difficult to get the little straw into the nozzle, as it is a tight fit, but not too difficult. Best of all this can was about $2 at Target, so it was easy to justify getting it, as 3 oz. is a pretty good amount for only a couple bucks.
Bottom line: works great and easy to use, just watch for any mess after you spray it.

Loctite Freeze & Release, 13.52 fl. oz. (996456) Review

(More customer reviews)I was trying to get a crankshaft bolt unscrewed with this, since it claims the bolt gets frozen really cold and thereby becomes easy to move. But it never worked, even after using half the can on the one big bolt, I couldn't undo it even with a 350 lbs ft impact driver (the bolt is torqued to 180 lbs ft). Not surprisingly, I finally had to get the bolt undone at a workshop using an air compressor impact gun.
Of course, this is not to say the product doesn't work... perhaps it's simply not suitable for a big bolt (19mm hex)... they need to state this on the can. I've yet to try it on smaller bolts.

However, I am so annoyed with this stupid "Smart Straw" I am considering looking for another similar product. The STRAW works fine....but when you fold down the straw, it doesn't spray...you just get a stream...wasteful if you're spraying tools. I have had ONE can that I bought with a Smart Straw that would spray correctly in the last year. If you can't live without WD-40, buy the gallon can and put it in a pump sprayer.

I highly recommend it. It smells a bit like kerosene so use it sparingly indoors. Unsticks anything. The funny label is worth the price.
