(More customer reviews)I bought five of these at the same time, filled them with gas, cranked the caps down tightly, and then tipped them forward to test the seal. Three of them leaked no matter how hard I tightened their caps. In addition, it is very hard to tighten the caps down enough on the two that don't leak. In my judgement these are unsafe and unacceptable.

I have two of these and out of habit I insert the funnel into whatever I am about to fuel and then slowly release the spring loaded lid of the fuel can. The pressure that builds from the fuel warming caused the fuel to SPRAY in all directions including up. This has happened to me three times getting fuel splashed on my cloths. I wear glasses and it has never hit my eyes, but it is entirely possible. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR THIS REASON!

TRANSFER PUMP -- MULTI-USE Review

I made the mistake of buying one.
First of all it has very little suction.
You have to pump this over and over.
The hoses continually come off.
The worst part is that it leaks.
I tried siphoning gas from a gas can to my car.
There was gas all over place, especially on my hands.
I am going to take it back to where I bought.
