(More customer reviews)I purchased a tube of this high temp thread sealant to use for an oil cooler installation. After following all the directions, I found the product didn't cure even at a week after application. Permatex claims the product is anaerobic and is cured on the inner threads while the excess on the outside should just be wiped off. Well, I take their word, install the oil cooler, and low and behold there is a slow leak from one of the 'sealed' threads. Never using this junk again.
