(More customer reviews)You get what you pay for, and what you are paying for here is what I would call the minimal hardware implementation of the ELM327. You are not paying for the software, basically. After a year, the device does not want to connect, using any free software. The software that came with it, I updated, and it recognized this as a knock off and refuses to connect.
So, you get crappy software, and hardware that is fluky.
