(More customer reviews)Let's get something straight first. The actual product has nothing to do with Amazon.com since it was manufactured by Castrol. The actual seller was Racer Parts Wholesale, and they did a fine job packaging and shipping my item in a timely fashion. So, those guys seem pretty solid. In the end, Amazon.com was just the middle-man. So, as it is with most things they sell, Amazon.com doesn't have a lot of control over when their sellers ship product. So, it could have easily been a different story. But, it was a good experience this time!
