RA300 FilterMag Review

I have been using the FilterMag for a few years now. I alternate it between my cars on every oil change.
I am always hesitant to try these types of products, because I don't want to do anything to harm my engine. I never use oil additives, or any type of engine "flushing" products. But since this item is just a strong magnet, it can do no harm.
This product really works. I have torn open my filter after use to actually see the results as well.

Engine Oil Filter "Magnetizer" Review

Engine Oil Filter Magnetizer

I rate this product as ok. I think it would be perfect for a daily driver vehicle that only sees asphalt. I wouldn't recommend it though for any kind of off road vehicle or a vehicle that's going to hit a lot of bumps. When I first put it on the filter for my '01 Toyota Corolla, I felt how strong the magnets are and I fear that if I hit a pothole hard enough, it might fall off. That's why I use a wrap around strap type of filter magnet for my off road vehicle.
Good oil filter magnet for the price though.
