(More customer reviews)Im really upset about this right now. I gave it one star simply because I did not get the item. I paid for next day air to top it off. I have been told that it will take two days to process. I have no problem with that. Then I get the tracking info 3 days later thinking I would have it and all would be okay. It went to the wrong coast. Im in NJ and the package went to CA. Upon contacting Amazon all the poor guy sitting in India could do is ask if I want a refund. How do you explain to people that you just want to know what happened. I dont want a freakin refund!
So I thought I would give Amazon a try for car parts. Im going back to summitracing.com At least their warehouse is in the US with reps that can advise on products and guaranteed I can get a customer service rep that is actually able to do something about any problem and also speak the language. They may cost more but Ill gladly pay that and avoid any headache.
Thanks for delaying my project Amazon.
