(More customer reviews)It came on time, was in a sealed plastic bottle, wrapped in a plastic bag, and shipped in a box. I've used it several times to make soap and it hasn't let me down yet. I like the beads because they pour out easy. I would imagine powder or liquid lye would be much messier.
