(More customer reviews)My filter was made in Poland. I have seen Wix build their filters in both N.A. and Europe. The filter is well made and all the pleats line up pretty straight and even. These filters are the same as Napa Gold filters for those that may not know.
The only thing I noted when changing my oil was the pleated seemed to become somewhat deformed... This could be due to a high flow rate in the Cadillac engine and maybe was just a one-off instance.
Otherwise, a new gasket for the spin off cap was included which is a bonus.
