(More customer reviews)The valves in RV tanks require frequent lubing to keep from drying out and sticking. Lubes must be environmentally friendly, so coconut oil is good. I use TST's cleaner/deoderizer and lube after each drain dump while traveling. When I return home, I clean out the tanks, dump, then pour this TST drain lube into the gray and black tanks, take a ride to mix it around, and park it until the next trip. Works well to keep the valves operating smoothly.
I used to use soap, and dried up my valves!
