My only issue is that after being dry for a while, sometime the rotor is in a starting position that doesn't provide enough torque to break through the friction in the bushings. Taking off the filter and poking at the vanes with something long and thin, to rotate them into a better starting position seems to do the trick. And once its run in the water for a while, it doesn't seem to be as much of an issue.
