(More customer reviews)I've used Plexus on my boat plastics for two seasons. It works well, is perfectly safe on the soft and easy to scratch clear plastic see-thru panels on my Grady-White boat. It also does a nice job on the dark plastic enclosures leaving them sparkling clean when sprayed and immediately wiped with micro-fiber cloth or even a soft hand towell. HOWEVER... it is far too costly. It will NOT remove light scratches no matter how many times you use it is only a cleaner and possibly offers some protection against UV damage.
The boat canvas man at my marina gave me this tip and it has worked well for me: buy "Pledge" furnature polish and I have used it and it works as well as Plexus at half the cost. The canvas guy explained that in addition to a gentle polishing the Pledge leaves a little oil
film on the clear plastic which helps avoid UV damage, a common problem on boats which spend eight or niine months a year in the sun and weather. I rate Plexus four stars... it does what it is advertised to do but why spend twice as much when Pledge does the job just as well?
