(More customer reviews)Like many allergy sufferers, I am allergic to house dust and pet dander, but the house must still be cleaned. I used other masks that didn't have the filtered breathing chamber and experienced a lot of difficulty breathing with the mask on. I tried this mask for the first time while doing housework, particularly dusting and vacuuming, and was able to breathe and more importantly was not as symptomatic afterward (when I've done housework without a mask, I've suffered horribly "sneezing my head off" because the dust, etc. triggered my allergies). One minor draw back was that my glasses did get fogged up at times, but I believe that can be reduced by properly fitting the metal nose apparatus (don't know what it's called) more tightly; still learning to use the mask properly.
